Forte's Frozen Yogurt is only made with real nonfat yogurt which has been manufactured and certified to meet all local, state and national regulations. To help you identify such yogurts, the National Yogurt Association developed the Live & Active Cultures seal to ensure that what you are actually eating is in fact healthy and good for your body.

GREEN BUSINESS

Everything that our customers leave our store with is biodegradable. We have gone to extra lengths to work especially with vendors who carry biodegradable restaurant grade materials. Forté Yogurt cups are made out of sugarcane, our napkins from post-consumer materials and our spoons made out of potato starches.

As a new business, we feel that it is our duty to reduce our carbon footprint and be conscious in our consumption of our planet's resources. We feel that it is also our responsibility to share our knowledge with not only the students, but the community overall.

EDUCATION

One of the core values of Forté Yogurt is education. We plan to partner with schools throughout the City of Merced and its surrounding areas in a series of different collaborative efforts. Forté Yogurt plans to work together with teachers, coaches and administrators to provide a location for events such as club meetings, fundraisers, field trips and sports team gatherings.

We are currently working on a proposal to offer teachers an educational and fun opportunities to get out of the classroom and bring their class on field trips to learn about Forté Yogurt and how frozen yogurt is made and all of the health benefits comparatively to ice cream or other desserts while trying to better the eco-system by being an environmentally-conscious business.
