MISSION

The goal of Forté Yogurt is to create a fun, family-oriented atmosphere where customers will come for a treat that is refreshing, healthy, and inexpensive.

LOCATION

The Merced Theater is located in the heart of the downtown area, which is arguably the most highly foot-trafficked area in the city. The downtown area is fifteen city blocks of commercial, residential and government buildings, all surrounding Forté Yogurt.

Built in 1930, the Merced Theater Tower is the most widely identified landmark in the City. The Theater has a total of five retails spaces open for lease, all of which are being reserved for boutique retail stores, services and ready-made specialty food vendors, such as Forté Yogurt.

Currently, the Merced Theater holds events that are open to the public such as movies, stage performances, concerts, and parties. Other events include weddings, receptions, and employee training sessions which are usually private events.

Q: What kind of yogurt do you serve?

A: We have 12 flavors that rotate out every couple of weeks. Fan favorites such as Vanilla, Chocolate, and Original Tart will be available year-round.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: 47 cents/ounce. Sales tax already included!

Q: Why do your cups say, “Caution, contents hot”?

A: Because we're funny people. No, it's really because nobody really makes cups for frozen yogurt, so we purchased a “green” soup cup, which is usually hot.
